We provide intensive, technology-driven rehabilitation programs designed to help individuals recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI), stroke, concussion, and other neurological conditions achieve meaningful functional improvements, enhanced mobility, and greater independence.

Our facility fills a critical gap in the continuum of care between acute hospitalization and returning home. Unlike traditional nursing homes or skilled nursing facilities, Neuro Robotics Rehab Center is exclusively focused on neurological rehabilitation and equipped with advanced technologies, specialized equipment, and expert clinical teams to deliver the intensive therapy required during recovery.

Neuro Robotics Rehab Center also serves individuals who have experienced limited progress with conventional rehabilitation approaches. To achieve maximum improvement, we offer a day treatment program that provides 3 to 5 hours of intensive treatment per day using scientifically validated neurological rehabilitation tools. We offer innovative treatment solutions that accelerate recovery and optimize functional gains.

Nelson Colon, MD

Physiatrist (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation)

Dr. Nelson Colon is a board-certified Physiatrist with over 39 years of experience specializing in neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He completed his Medical Degree at the University of Puerto Rico and a Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Dr. Colon served as Attending Physician at NY Presbyterian Hospital, Puerto Rico Veterans Hospital, Consultant for SSA Disability Determination, Neurology Associates Medical Director (North Miami Beach), and Shiloh Clinic in Tampa. At Neuro Robotics Rehab Center, Dr. Colon leads an advanced program combining evidence-based medicine and robotic-assisted therapy to minimize neurological, musculoskeletal, and other medical functional impairments. His approach focuses on neuroplasticity, motor control, and postural stability. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is known for compassionate, results-driven care that helps patients regain mobility, confidence, and quality of life.
